ACETAMINOPHEN Drug Use: Acetaminophen is a pain and fever reducing medication. Acetaminophen tablets are widely used to relieve minor aches and pains associated with the common cold, simple headaches and muscle aches, backache, toothache, menstrual cramping and minor pain of arthritis.
ACETAMINOPHEN Drug Usage Instructions: Take Acetaminophen tablets as needed. Follow the dosing instructions on the label. Do not take more Acetaminophen tablets than recommended.
ACETAMINOPHEN Storage Instructions: Store Acetaminophen tablets at room temperature. Keep the liquid form from freezing.
ACETAMINOPHEN Missed Dose: Take Acetaminophen tablets only as needed.
ACETAMINOPHEN Side Effects: Acetaminophen tablets are relatively side-effect free. Rarely, an allergic reaction may occur. If any allergic symptoms due to Acetaminophen tablets such as rash, hives, swelling, or difficulty breathing occur, stop taking Acetaminophen tablets immediately and notify your Doctor.
Special Precautions with ACETAMINOPHEN: Acetaminophen tablets should not be used for more than 10 days for pain, or 3 days for fever.
