DIABETA Drug Use: Diabeta is used as an oral diabetic medication used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

DIABETA Drug Usage Instructions: This diabetes medication should be taken four times a day with food.

DIABETA Storage Instructions: Diabeta should be stored at room temperature, in a sealed container out of direct sunlight.

DIABETA Missed Dose: If you miss a dose of this drug, take it as soon as you remember except if you are near to your next dose, if this is the case skip the previous dose and continue on with your regular dose schedule. Do not double your dosage.

DIABETA Side Effects: The most common side effects of Glyburide include: heartburn, nausea, and bloating. Also anemia, change in taste, skin rash, yellowing of skin, skin eruptions, headaches, hives, and itching. If you have any of these or others speak to your doctor.

Special Precautions with DIABETA: Do not take this drug if allergic to any of the constituents. Someone suffering from ketoacidosis should not take Diabeta. Could be life threatening.
