IMURAN Drug Use: Imuran is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used as an immunosuppressive agent for kidney transplants
IMURAN Drug Usage Instructions: Dosage is usually once a day, but it might be several tablets at once. It should be taken with food.
IMURAN Storage Instructions: Store Imuran at room temperature, in an airtight container, and away from direct sunlight.
IMURAN Missed Dose: If you miss a dose of Imuran take it as soon as you remember, unless it’s close to the time for the next dose. If this is the case you need to skip the dose and continue on with your regular schedule. Do not double up on doses.
IMURAN Side Effects: The most common are: nausea and stomach upset.
Special Precautions with IMURAN: Do not take if allergic to Imuran or any of its constituents.
