NAPROSYN Drug Use: Naprosyn is an NSAID drug used for arthritis and joint pain
NAPROSYN Drug Usage Instructions: it helps to decrease inflammation, swelling, pain, bursitis, gout, menstrual cramps and tendonitis.
NAPROSYN Storage Instructions: Naproxen is given twice a day in doses anywhere from 125mg to 500mg twice a day. There is also an enteric coated form that helps decrease stomach upset that can accompany Naproxen, as with all the NSAIDS.
NAPROSYN Missed Dose: Store Naproxen at room temperature, in a sealed container and away from direct sunlight.
NAPROSYN Side Effects: If you miss a dose of Naproxen you should take it as soon as you remember unless it’s almost time for the next dose. If that’s the case skip the previous dose and just resume your normal schedule. Do no double up on the dose.
Special Precautions with NAPROSYN: The most common side effect of Naproxen is stomach upset. This can be helped by eating and taking an enteric coated tablet.
