NIZORAL Drug Use: Nizoral is an antifungal medication that comes as both a cream and tablet. Nizoral is used to treat a broad spectrum of fungal infections.
NIZORAL Drug Usage Instructions: Nizoral cream is used daily until the rash clears up. The Nizoral tablets are taken until the infection clears (usually found out by blood tests)
NIZORAL Storage Instructions: Store Nizoral at room temperature, in a sealed container. This medication should be kept away from direct sunlight.
NIZORAL Missed Dose: If you miss a dose of Nizoral, take the medication as soon a syouo remember except if it’s too close to your regular Nizoral dose. In this case skip the missed Nizoral dose and resume your regular medication schedule. Do not double Nizoral dose.
NIZORAL Side Effects: The most common side effects of Nizoral are: nausea and vomiting, itching, abdominal pain. If you have any side effects due to this medication, contact your doctor.
Special Precautions with NIZORAL: People with previous liver problems should not take Nizoral as this medication can cause, in rare cases, sever liver problems. Do not take Nizoral if allergic. Never take Nizoral with Seldane. Do not take Nizoral during pregnancy.
