SINGULAIR Drug Use: Singulair is the medicine for long term prevention of allergy like asthma and its symptoms. Generic Singulair is the medicine to cure allergy. With asthma there are swelling and inflammation of the airways, which closes them up. Singulair decreases this and relaxes the bronchial wall which opens up the airways.
SINGULAIR Drug Usage Instructions: Singulair is usually given once a day, no matter whether or not you have symptoms. Usually Singulair is given in the evening.
SINGULAIR Storage Instructions: Store Singulair at room temperature, in a sealed container. Generic Singulair should be kept away from direct sunlight.
SINGULAIR Missed Dose: If you miss a dose of Singulair take Singulair as soon as you remember, except if it's close to the time for the next dose, if this is the case skip the last dose and resume your regular Singulair schedule.
SINGULAIR Side Effects: Common side effects due to Singulair include: diarrhea, drowsiness, ear infection, dizziness, hives, muscle cramps, fever, flu, dental pain, eczema, leg pain, bruising, abdominal pain, runny nose, hallucinations, seizures and laryngitis. If you experience any of these side effects due to this allergy medicine or any other side effects contact your Doctor.
Special Precautions with SINGULAIR: Do not stop taking this allergy medicine (Singulair) suddenly. Remember this is not a medicine for an acute asthma attack.
