ULTRAVATE Drug Use: Ultravate is a high potency steroid medication that decreases itching and the inflammation that can be caused by a wide variety of different skin disorders. It is available as both cream and ointment
ULTRAVATE Drug Usage Instructions: Apply a thin layer of the cream/ointment to the affected areas. Do not apply near to the mouth or eyes.
ULTRAVATE Storage Instructions: Store Ultravate at room temperature in a sealed container out of direct sunlight.
ULTRAVATE Missed Dose: If you miss a dose you should take it as soon as you remember except if it’s near to the time for your next dose. If this is the case skip the previous dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double up on doses.
ULTRAVATE Side Effects: Some of the more common side effects are: burning, itching and stinging.
Special Precautions with ULTRAVATE: Others include: blisters, dry skin, skin wasting, inflamed skin, and lightened skin. If you have any of these as well as others not listed talk to your Doctor.
