URSO (in USA called ACTIGALL) Drug Use: Used to help dissolve certain types of gallstones in people. It’s a good alternative to surgery for people who can’t physically handle surgery due to age or illness. Urso can also be used to prevent gallstone formation in people who are on rapid weight loss diets.
