ZESTRIL Drug Use: Zestril is an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACE) and it reduces blood pressure by preventing angiotensin 1 from becoming a more potent enzyme which will increase the salt and water absorption in the body.

ZESTRIL Drug Usage Instructions: This medication is usually given once a day and is available in 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. Ezetimibe (Delete it) should be taken at the same time of the day each day and may be taken without regard for food. Zestril must be taken on a regular basis to get the full effect. Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.

ZESTRIL Storage Instructions: Always store Zestril at room temperature away from direct heat and light. Do not store in bathroom near high humidity conditions. Always keep tightly sealed in original container.

ZESTRIL Missed Dose: If you miss a dose of Ezetimibe (delete this) drug you should take it as soon as you remember unless that is close to the time for your next dose. If this is the case, skip the missed dose and resume your normal schedule. Do not double up on doses.

ZESTRIL Side Effects: The most common side effects due to the wrong intake of Zestril are: cough, chest pain, abdominal pain, headache, fatigue, diarrhoea, rash and respiratory infection. If any of these occurs please contact your doctor.

Special Precautions with ZESTRIL: You should not take this medication if you are allergic to it or any of its constituents. Also do not take if you are allergic to any of the other ACE inhibitors. Do not take if you are or want to become pregnant. Zestril (Ezetimibe) is effective when used alone or when combined with other high blood pressure medication. Zestril belongs to family of ACE inhibitor. Zestril should be taken as prescribed by your doctor.
